Jennings Capital Inc.‘s Institutional Group began operations in the fall of 1999. The Group offers equity sales, trading and research, and acts as a conduit for corporate finance activities vetted by high level due diligence by the firm’s investment committee, which encompasses research, corporate finance and management.

The group advises and/or deals with Pension Funds, Mutual Funds, High Net Worth Money Management Groups, Derivative Groups and Other financial intermediaries across Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia.

In addition to Jennings Capital’s new issue products and market research, our clients have access to large capital new issues and the extensive research library of National Bank Financial, a subsidiary of National Bank, with which we are affiliated.

With offices in Calgary, Toronto and Halifax, our sales and trading team is a group of highly experienced, dedicated professionals averaging more than 20 years’ experience in their respective disciplines.  Our Institutional Group handles its U.S. business through Jennings Capital (USA) Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jennings Capital Inc.  Jennings Capital (USA) Inc. is an NASD and SIPC member.
