Michael Shumlich, MSc, CFA

Michael joined Jennings Capital in 2005 and focuses on mergers, acquisitions and financings for both international and domestic oil and gas companies and energy services.  Prior to Jennings Capital, Michael worked as an investment banking analyst in the energy group for a bank-owned dealer and in the business development group for Agrium Inc., an international fertilizer company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction, a Master of Science degree, and is a CFA Charterholder.
