Michael Shumlich, CFA

Michael joined Jennings in 2005, as an associate in the Calgary office, and focuses on mergers, acquisitions and financings for both international and domestic oil and gas companies and energy services.  Prior to Jennings, Michael worked as an investment banking analyst in the energy group for a bank-owned dealer and in the business development group for an international fertilizer company.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with Distinction, and is a CFA Charterholder.  He is currently working on completing a Master of Science degree.
