David joined Jennings’ Calgary office in 2006, bringing over 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience within the Canadian energy sector. Prior to joining Jennings, David was head of Haywood Securities Inc.’s Calgary corporate finance department. He has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions with an aggregate transaction value of over $2 billion. David holds a B.Sc. in Theoretical Physics (Honours) from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the Michael DeGroote School of Business.
